How do I register for The Grand Show?
Click the Register button in the top navigation bar and fill in your details. Registration may require a one-time fee depending on current settings.

How does the voting system work?
Each vote is cast by making a small payment through our secure payment gateway. You can vote for your favourite contestant as many times as you like during the voting period.
Contestants
Can I apply to be a contestant?
Yes! Visit the Apply page and fill in your application form. Your entry will be reviewed by our team and you will be notified of the outcome.

How do I check the leaderboard?
The live leaderboard is available on the homepage and in your dashboard after logging in. It updates automatically with the latest vote counts.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via Paystack, which supports debit/credit cards and bank transfers. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

How do I contact support?

Can I change my profile information after registration?
Yes. Log in to your account and visit Account Settings to update your profile picture, contact details, and other information.
Payments
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payment processing is handled by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never store your card details on our servers.
